Hallo! *Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer gesucht?* - HIER HAST DU ES GEFUNDEN! *AB SOFORT BEZIEHBAR* Ich gehe zwecks meiner Diplomarbeit nach Zwickau und suche für mein jetziges WG-Zimmer einen Nachfolger. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es ist rechteckig geschnitten und der Fußboden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Die WG liegt im schönen Stadtteil Löbtau. Wer es eher ruhiger mag ist hier genau richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Aldi, Lidl usw. sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Bus ca. 15 min und zu Fuß bis zur Haltestelle läuft man entspannte 4 Minuten. Das Zentrum ist ca 20 min mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar.
Deine künftigen Mitbewohner studieren beide Maschinenbau an der TU in Dresden. Die zwei sind super nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben.
