dein Zimmer ist groß, hell und mit Laminat ausgestattet. Wenn du es ruhig magst, ist es genau das Richtige für dich und du erreichst die Bahn in 2-3min. Es ist trotz Dachgeschoss nicht allzu warm im Sommer. da ich selber gerne koche ist in der Küche ist alles da was du brauchst. Ceranherd, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden.
das Zimmer ist selbstverständlich ohne Möbel ganz im Gegensatz zu den Fotos
die Lage an sich ist super ruhig , weil wir parallel zur Kesselsdorfer wohnen aber davon ist wenig zu hören, dennoch bist du in 2-3 min an der Haltestelle wo die 6 und die 7 fährt. 2 Stationen weiter ist die Tharanter Straße. Von dort kommst du dann direkt zur Uni oder wo du eben hin musst.
ich selber bin Student an der HfM und studiere Musik. koche sehr gerne und hab auch alles da was man dazu benötigt. ich bin tagsüber immer üben aber mich treibt es auch mal nach hause wo es durchaus sein kann das es mal in der wohnung einen Spieleabend gibt oder ne gemütliche fete
