Hallochen, mein Zimmer wird ab 1.12. zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende März (Möglichkeit auf Dauerhaft) Frei. Es ist Möbiliert. Kann aber auch frei geräumt werden.
Das Wums ist ein selbstverwaltetes Studentenwohnhaus mit 4 WG's a 6 leute. Es ist ein großes gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben. Der Schlüssel passt in jede Tür;)
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Im moment leben Frieder (techno D.J. u.immer gut drauf), Johan( eher selten da.) Roman (überzeugter Veganer) u. Severin ( chiller;) in der Wg. Bald zieht Pina ein ( sie liebt Musik machen und das Leben).
Das Haus ist lebendig und braucht Menschen die es lieben zusamme n zu leben und nicht neben bei. Gerne kannst du dich in allen bereichen mit einbringen.

Löbtau ist toll, es gibt einen Fluss, Berge und tolle menschen in der Nachbarschaft und das Haus ist nicht weit von der Bahn Station Tharanter straße.
Vor der Tür gibts einen Park und ein Garten;) ...
