Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 13 m². Das Fenster geht zum Garten raus. Das große Bett ist oben von Kleiderschränken. Und das Sofa kann auch zu einem Bett entfaltet werden. Es gibt eine Dusche und eine Badewanne im Badezimmer.
Ich würde außerdem gerne alle Möbel da lassen. Sie sind alle unbeschädigt und in gutem Zustand.
This room is around 13 m² in a three people shared apartment (in total 60 m²). The window is facing up the the garden downstairs. There is one big bed above the closets. And the sofa can also be unfolded into a big bed. In the bathroom there is a shower and bathtub. I would like to leave all the furniture here and they are in good condition.

Die beiden anderen Mitbewohner sind Meisterschüler und sehr umgänglich und rücksichtsvoll. Sie kommen aus Deutschland und sie können auch Englisch sehr gut sprachen. Ruben kennt auch Russisch. Sie haben viele interessante Hobbys gemeinsam und machen immer etwas zusammen. Sie mögen auch das Radfahren, klassische Musik, und das Kochen, usw. Sie sind sehr freundlich und möchten neue Freund-Mitbewohner kennenlernen.
The other two flat mates are master students. They are very nice and easygoing people. Both of them are from Germany and they can also speak English very well, Ruben can even speak Russian fluently. They have a lot of common interests and always do something together. They also like cycling, classical music and cooking. They are very friendly and would like to know some new friends/flat mate.
