Da ich ein bald ein Praktikum im Ausland beginne suche ich einen Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer.
Alle nötigen Möbel sind da, ein großes Bett, eine Hochbettplattform mit viel Stauraum, Regal, Anrichte und Kleiderschrank und nicht zuletzt ein klassischer, maßiver Schreibtisch.
Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Decke und wird durch zwei Fenster nach Westen gut mit Licht versorgt.
Auch sonst gibt es in der WG alles was man braucht - Waschmachiene, Spühlmaschiene usw.
Unsere Wohnküche ist sehr geräumig und hat ein gemütliches Sofa.
Wer sein Fahrrad nicht im Hof stehen lassen möchte kann es auch in den Keller stellen oder in die Wohnung tragen, im Flur ist auch genug Platz.

Since I'll go abroad for an internship soon, I am looking to sublet my room from May to Oktober.
The room already has all necessary furniture: bed(2m x 1.40m), bookshelf, closet and a big old-fashioned desk.
The room has a high ceiling and two windows going west that let in plenty of light. Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine and a dish washer. The kitchen/living-room is very spacious and has a large sofa, much beloved by everyone. The hallway is big enough to keep your bike there if need be, or you can put it in the basement.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufweite von zwei Rewes und den Geschäften an der Kesselsdorfer Straße. Durch die Baustelle an der Haltestelle Tharandter Str. haben wir zur Zeit leider keinen so guten Anschluss an die Linie 7 wie wir gewohnt sind, aber die 61, 63 und 1 sind alle in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrad ist man in 15 Minuten an der TU Dresden.

The apartment is within walking distance of two supermarkets and the stores on Kesselsdorfer Straße.
Currently there is a big road construction there so access to the tram is a bit of a hassle but the tram line no.1 is still within 10 min walking distance, as are the buses 61 and 63. The main campus of TU Dresden is 15 minutes by bike.
Die Mitbewohner heißen Karo und José. Karo macht zur Zeit eine Ausbildung zur Tourismuskauffrau und José besucht das Studienkoleg. Beide sind sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir kochen des öfteren gemeinsam, schauen Filme oder quatschen einfach bis spät in die Nacht. Wir sind sehr international und natürlich LSBTQ+ freundlich. Wir sind auch immer bemüht alles so sauber zu halten, dass es niemandem unangenehm wird und wechseln uns mit dem Putzen ab.

Your future room-mates are named Karo and José. Karo is currently going to trade-school for tourist-management and José is preparing to attend university. Both are friendly and out-going, we often cook together, watch movies or just stay up talking into the night. We are international and LGBTQ+ friendly. We also try to keep everything clean enough as to make sure everybody is comfortable and take turns with our chores.
Während das zu vermietendene Zimmer ausdrücklich rauchfrei ist, muss darauf hingewiesen werden, dass im Wohnzimmer manchmal am offenem Fenster geraucht wird. Ich bin Nichtraucher und darauf wurde immer Rücksicht genommen.
Die Miete enthält Wasser und Heizung, die Nebenkosten sind Strom, Internet und Rundfunkgebühr.

While my room is absolutely non-smoking, it has to be noted that there is smoking in the kitchen at an open window sometimes. But the fact that I am a non-smoker has always been treated very considerately.
The rent includes heating and water, while the extra-fees consist of electricity, internet and the german public media fee.
