Dein Zimmer hat 2 Fenster und ist damit hell und freundlich, mit Blick auf den grünen Innenhof mit einer Tischtennisplatte etc. Mit einer Größe von 15qm finden alle deine Habseligkeiten gut Platz; möbliert ist das Zimmer noch nicht, aber die Lage im 1. Stock macht das Möbeltragen sehr human.
Alle Zimmer haben schöne hohe Altbau-Decken. Küche und Flur sind sehr geräumig und es gibt ein sauberes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine), ich teile meine Geräte gern mit dir. Außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil
Your room has 2 windows (facing a lovely green courtyard) which makes it light and friendly. The size of 15sm fits all your belongings. The room isn't furnished yet, but since it's on the first floor moving shouldn't be too big of a deal.
All rooms have beautiful high ceilings.
The kitchen and the corridor are spacious and there's a nice bathroom with a tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped (including a dishwasher) and I don't mind sharing my appliances.
Unser Vorgarten, sozusagen, ist der gemütliche Bonhoeffer-Park, der zum Picknicken und Entspannen einlädt. Umrahmt wird er von Backstein-Altbauten - in einer davon ist unsere WG.
Es ist angenehm ruhig hier, aber keineswegs abgelegen: In maximal 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist man bei Aldi und Netto, sowie den Bushaltestellen Bonhoefferpark und Clara-Viebig-Straße; in 5 Minuten bei der Löbtau-Passage mit weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Haltestelle Tharandter Straße, die super angebunden ist. Die Uninähe ist auch optimal (10 Minuten mit dem Rad). Außerdem gibt es direkt in unserem Haus eine sehr gute Pizzeria.
The apartment is located right at a beautiful small park where you can have a lovely picknick or relax. It's a calm neighbourhood, nevertheless everything you need is really close: 2 supermarkets and the bus stops Bonhoefferplatz & Clara-Viebigstraße are a 3min walk away and a small shopping center (Löbtau-passage) + the very well connected tram stop Tharandter Straße are 5min by foot. Plus, we have an amazing pizzaria right in our house!
Ich stelle mir ein freundschaftliches, entspanntes Zusammenleben vor mit ausreichend Freiraum, wenn man gerade für sich sein möchte. Gern können wir gemeinsam kochen/backen und gemütlich gemeinsam den Tag ausklingen lassen. Gegen die ein oder andere Feier habe ich auch nichts, aber insgesamt ist mir Ruhe wichtig, ebenso wie Sauberkeit.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Luisa, 24, und studiere Psychologie im Master. In meiner Freizeit tanze ich am liebsten, außerdem mache ich Yoga, meditiere und spiele gelegentlich Ukulele.
I'm picturing living together as friends with enough space and freedom for oneself. I enjoy cooking/baking nights or just hanging out. I also don't mind having occasional parties, but piece & quiet at home is generally crucial for me, as is keeping our place clean.
