Die Lage des Hauses ist verkehrstechnisch wie auch einkaufstechnisch ideal: in ~1 min Fußweg entfernt befindet sich die Haltestelle Tharandter Straße mit Bus- und Tramverbindung Richtung Uni(6 min) bzw. in die Stadt(7 min) und Hauptbahnhof(7 min) (Straßenbahn: 6, 7, 12 Bus: 61,63,90,333,A). Das Einkaufszentrum Tharandter Straße mit REWE, DM, Apotheke, Bäcker etc. befindet sich auch direkt um die Ecke; auch Netto und Aldi sind schnell zu erreichen.
The place is very good for shopping and public transportation. just about 1 min. to tram-bus stop to university (6 min), city center (7 min), and train station (7 min) (Tram line: 6, 7, 12, Bus: 61,63,90,333,A). There is also a shopping center with REWE, DM, pharmacy, bakery. From here you can also easily reach Netto and Aldi.

Du triffst auf eine Frau aus, die schon an der Uni abgeschlossen hat. Der Rest sind ihr beide.
Gesucht wird daher zwei und unkomplizierte Mitbewohner.
You will have a girl, who has already graduated from a university.The Rest are two of you!!. Seeking new flatmates, which are just easy-going.
Die Küche ist komplett. Es gibt Herd, Waschmaschine, Alle nehme ich nicht mit. Ich bitte 30€ für die Ablösevereinbarung.
The kitchen has oven, stove, washing machine and everything you need for kitchen. I ask 30€ for these devices.
Zum Haus: Ein Fahrradschuppen (kein Fahrradkeller) ist vorhanden, der einen etwaigen (und in Dresden empfohlene) Drahtesel beherbergen kann. Der Garten/Hinterhof hat einen Kirschbaum und lädt im Sommer (oder warmen Herbst) zum Grillen ein.
There is also a park for bicycle and garden with a cherry tree. In summer there will be an invitation to grill together.
