ich suche ab 01.August 2011 einen neue/n Nachmieter/in.
Das Zimmer wird von mir noch einmal weiß gestrichen und alle Bohrlöcher werden verschlossen.
Meine Mitbewohner sind viel Arbeiten, daher ist es auch eher ruhig hier. Ansonsten ziehe ich aus einer sehr schönen Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend aus.
Die Warmmiete inklusive Telefon und Internet beträgt 180,28 EUR.
