Hallo lieber Interessent,
schön das du reinschaust. Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, da die vorhergehende nun kurzfristig wegen der Gründung einer Familie auszog.
Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und bereits gestrichen und mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Sessel ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch kümmer ich mich auch noch um ein Bett.
Ich selbst bin 22 Jahre Rettungsassistent im Praktikum und habe daher sehr flexible Arbeitszeiten und trete ab dem 1.10. eine neue Stelle an, womit das Zimmer erst einmal nur zwischenvermietet wird, weil ich bisher noch nicht weiß ob in Dresden oder anderswo. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich am liebsten mit den Menschen um mich im Alaunpark, aufm Rad oder einfach mitm Kaffee oder ner Mate im Hinterhof. Wo wir uns dann gerne zum kennenlernen und besichtigen treffen können.
Ich freu mich auf interessante Menschen die mit mir zusammen wohnen wollen. :)
