We have a room to rent on offer in our flat in Laerchenstr. (Neustadt) starting on August.
You included we would be 4 people in this nice flat, that has a bath and seperated toilet, a kitchen and a common living room.
Your room would be around 9 sqm, furnished with a bed, desk, and a wardrobe.
Rent is 140 bugs + 7 for telephon & internet flat.
We have a big living-room (20-25m2), big kitchen, basement with washing machine, two bathrooms and a balcony.
At home we talk in a colorful mixture of english, russian and german as one of our flatmates is russian.
We regularly happen to cook together in the evening or/and share a bottle of wine.
What concerns about us, we are three students (21-25), quite easy going, sometimes buisy, sometimes lazy, sometimes partying, sometimes relaxed.
