Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines sanierten Altbaus, mit Lift und Kellerabteil.
Das zu vergebene Zimmer ist 22m² groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon und ist dadurch schon hell :)
Im Bad befindet sich zu der Dusche und der Badewanne noch ein Badradio und eine Fußbodenheizung :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer relativ ruhigen aber trotzdem sehr zentralen Straße.
Rosi´s Amürsierlokal, Die Schauburg, Rewe oder Netto sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
