Moin moin,
ich ziehe aus - eigentlich bin ich schon fast weg - und biete hier mein Zimmer in einer zweier WG an.
Es kostet um die 200 Euro - plus 12,50 Drewag und wenn ihr wollt vom Nachbarn Internet für 5 Euro.
Die Wohnung hat ne Badewanne, ne eingerichtete Küche, Laminat. Liegt im dritten Obergeschoss auf der Hechtstraße. Das Zimmer liegt hinten raus und hat einen Balkon zur Westseite.
Schauburg ist fünf Minuten - ebenso wie der nächste Netto - entfernt.
Bahn und Bus sind auch in allernächster Nähe.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 28, doktoriert fleißig an der Uni vor sich hin und ich auch sonst ganz umgänglich.
Am besten schreibt ihr mir ne Mail und ich rufe dann zurück - oder maile euch Bilder.
