Ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer mitten in der Neustadt für Juni bis einschl. September, da ich selbst fuer ein Praktikum nach Berlin gehe.
Mit der Tram 7, 8 ist man in 20min an der FH, Hauptbhf, in 25min an der TU, 10min Fußweg zum Bhf Neustadt, die 13 hält direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3min Fußweg zu erreichen (Rewe, Netto, Konsum, div Spätis). Kneipen und Bars direkt vor der Haustür.
Die WG liegt im 2.Stock und besteht aus 4 Zimmern, einem grossen Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und zusätzlich einem seperatem WC, Küche mit Spülmaschine und großem Balkon.
Dazu gibt es 4 Mitbewohner:
Christoph, Medizinstudent im letzen Jahr
Lucia, seine Freundin aus Uruguay, die für den Sommer hier ist,
Henning, Student Internationale Beziehungen,
und Luise, ebenfalls Medizinerin , die aber selbst erst im Juni einziehen wird.
Es wird Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch geredet.
Geraucht wird nur auf dem Balkon. Das Zimmer bleibt komplett möbliert, von daher auch 300€ Kaution. Das Zimmer hat 'große' 13qm, da mit Hochbett 18qm zur Verfügung stehen. Die Miete insgesamt beträgt 226€
Bei Interesse meldet euch , Besichtigungstermine sind nur Abends ab 19h möglich, oder am Wochenende.

I’m renting out my comfortable room in the heart of Neustadt, Dresden from June till the end of September. Public transport connection are excellent, 20 min to FH, 25 to uni, 10min to old town. Grocery stores (Netto, Rewe, Konsum) are a 3min walk away). Bars and pubs are just outside the door.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and has 4 rooms, a kitchen with dishwasher and a large balcony and 2 separate bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.
I will leave all furniture in the room for you that is why I set up a deposit of 300€. The room is 13qm 'big' adding the loft bed its 18qm! Monthly rent all incl. is 226€. Smoking is not permitted inside, but you could use the balcany however.
Your roommates would be as followed:
Christoph, studies medicine in his final year
Lucia, his girlfriend from Uruguay, who stays for the summer,
Henning, studies International Relations,
und Luise, also a physician, though she’ll move in june
Everyone speaks English n Spanish.
If you’re interested we can make an appointment during the week (only possible after 7pm) or else on weekends.
