ich/wir suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter.
Mein Mitbewohner ist bereits schon ausgezogen und ich ziehe anfang Juli auch hier aus. Wäre also auch ideal für eine WG-Neugründung oder 2Raumwohnung. Da beide Zimmer ähnlich groß sind, kann man für die Gesamtmiete die Kosten mal 2 nehmen.
unsere 60qm große 2er WG ist sehr geräumlig aufgeteilt(s. Grundriss).
-schöne Küche, bleibt vollausgestattet (E-Herd mit Ofen, Spühle, Kühlschrank m Gefrierfach, Microwelle, großes Ivar-Regal, 4Stühle, Radio, uvm.)
-beide Zimmer bleiben teilmobliert (Inhalt je nach Absprache)
-sehrgute Verkehr- und Bahnanbindung:
-Linie 13, 1min zu Fuß
-Linie 7 und 8, 5min zu Fuß
-Neustädter Bahnhof in 8-10min zu Fuß
-von A4 Wildermann oder Hellerau bis Hechtstr. 10min mit Auto
Schauts euch an und kommt auf nen Kaffee vorbei.
