Hallo, suchst du ein schönes Zimmer in einer netten 3er Mädels WG in der Neustadt?Super, hier findest du es!
Das Zimmer ist etwas mehr als 20qm groß und ruhig gelegen,am Rande der Neustadt und hat sogar einen kleinen 3qm Balkon.
Unsere WG hat eine super Lage, man ist in 2min am Bahnhof Neustadt, in 5min Fussweg im netten Café- und Kneipenviertel, wo abends für jeden etwas dabei ist. Straßenbahn zur Uni ist auch direkt vor der Haustür.
Zum Einkaufen Lidl (auch Sonntags geöffnet), Netto, Biocompany und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe und Biospäti auf der Straße.
Falls du noch Möbel benötigst hätte ich auch eine Ikea Komintion aus Schreibtisch/Regal, eine Ikea Komode (evtl. auch Bett und Schrank) auf VHS zu vergeben.
Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte August 2013 frei.
