hey everybody,
I'll be roaming around during september so this is your chance to make the neustadt's most beautiful shared-flat room your home and your castle for one month :-)
the room is fully furnished with a huge high sleeper, a desk, a cupboad, shelves, a couch and a chillout corner with loads of cushions and blankets.in addition, there is a balcony with a huge window facade so that the room is very bright and has a wonderful view of the alaunpark which is located just across the street - 60 seconds from the room :-) you can't have no larger garden than this anywhere in the neustadt ;-)the location is very quiet in the evenings and during the night. on weekends you might sometimes hear livemusic from the pub but they usually stop playing at around 1. and you won't go to bed any earlier anyways because the neustadt's bars and clubs are just around the corner :-)
tram to the university is just 5 minutes away and will get you there within 20 (same by bike).
our flat is a wunderful and colorful collection with a nice kitchen to hang out in. caro and laura will be your flatmates, to absolutely gorgeous young ladies who are looking forward to a new addition to the family. we are a very social and sharing bunch with lots of collective cooking sessions and shishas on the balcony.
the guys speak english so we would be very happy to welcome non-german speakers also (that's why the ad is in english...).
the rent is 240 euros per month, including everything: water,electricity, internet flat, washing maschine, dishwasher...
we're looking forward to hearing from you!!!
