auf Dich wartet ein großes und helles 28m² Zimmer. Einzug wäre ab 15.10.2011 oder nach Absprache möglich. Ich würde dir das Zimmer unmöbliert überlassen, so dass du komplette Gestaltungsfreiheit hast.
Dazu gibt es zwei nette und vollkommen unkomplizierte Mitbewohner (Annett und Robert). Die WG ist komplett ausgestattet in Küche und Bad. D.h. Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank etc. ist alles da.
Die Gesamtmiete inklusive allem beträgt 260 Euro/Monat.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Netto in 200m, Lidl in 700m Entfernung
Straßenbahnlinie 4 und 9 halten direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle: Alexander Puschkin Platz), Linie 3 zu Fuß in 5min zu erreichen und die Elbe ist auch bloß 100m entfernt.
