Bequeme Schlafcouch, großer Schreibtisch, Regale, Schränke, alles da.
Tram 11 um die Ecke. Mitten in der Neustadt, dennoch ruhig. 5min bis zur Elbe und über die Straße auch am Sonntag zum Bäcker.
Übrigens, es gibt auch ein GästeWC. Das ist wichtig! ;)
3 Mitbewohnerinnen und ein Mitbewohner zum kochen, singen, tanzen, springen, lachen, saubermachen ;)
Abgabe pro Woche mit allem Drum und Dran 50€

Extremly spontaneous? I have a tempting offer: One week or two or three or four - one room in Neustadt!!!
A room with a lot sunshine to wake up - on noon!
Sofa bed, table, chair, wardrobe... everything you need.
In the middle of Neustadt but also relaxed enough that you can sleep ;)
Tram 11 around the corner. Elbe and baker(even open on sunday) no 5 min to walk.
4 flatmates (3 girls / 1 boy) for cooking, singing, dancing, running through the fields and jumping back again to clean up the kitchen ;)
Narrow 50€ for one week, all in all!!!
