Das Zimmer ist im 3.Stock auf der ruhigen Hofseite. Außerdem liegt es auf der Sonnenseite, sodass es den ganzen Tag schön hell ist. Zwei große Fenster!
Ein Fernseher steht zur Verfügung, außerdem eine Musikanlage.
Es gibt eine Festnetz- und Internetflatrate.
Das WG Zimmer ist in der Neustadt direkt am Alauenpark. Das heißt, man geht aus der Huastür über die Straße und steht schon im Park. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Stadt ist in 20 min auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Ein Wald ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen im nahen Umfeld. Netto und Rewe sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es viele Bars und Cafés.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei nette Mädchen (19 und 20). Offener Umgang, gemeinsame Aktionen und viel Spaß!
Wir haben ein gutes Verhältnis zu unserer Nachbar WG, die aus drei Jungs besteht!
