Hallo,
wir (Svenja, 24 und Florian, 25) suchen einen Zwischenmieter für unser 14 qm großes Zimmer. In dem Zimmer ist Parkett verlegt und neben Schreibtisch, Regal und Schrank befindet sich noch ein Hochbett darin.

Der große Süd-Balkon schließt sich an die Küche an und wird von allen Bewohnern zum Lernen/Essen/Trinken/Sonnen/Chillen & Grillen genutzt. Dort wachsen auch unsere WG-Tomaten. Die Süßkirsche, die im Hinterhof steht ist ebenfalls gut vom Balkon zu erreichen.
Eine Badewanne ist im Bad vorhanden, die Waschmaschine steht in der Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer kleinen Querstraße zur Hansastraße, nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof Neustadt entfernt. Parkplätze sind daher Mangelware.
Die Straßenbahnlinien 3,6 und 11 halten direkt vorm Bahnhof (10 min zu Fuß). Die Linie 3 (-> Uni) sogar nochmal 2 Straßen weiter (3 min zu Fuß).
Ein Spätshop ist gleich um die Ecke. Dort gibt`s auch Bio-Gemüse. Im Bahnhof ist neben einem Bäcker auch ein LIDL der auch Sonntags offen hat.
