Das Zimmer gehört zu einer schönen Zweiraumwohnung mit großer Wohnküche und Balkon. Es ist ca.16qm groß. Von vormittags bis zum frühen Abend hat man viel Licht und Sonne. Großes Bett, Regale und Schreibtisch sind vorhanden. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Dielenboden ausgestattet. Der Balkon geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof und bietet ausreichend Platz für 5-6 Personen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Sebnitzerstraße mitten in der Dresdner Neustadt. Es handelt sich um eine Seitenstraße die auch am Wochenende, für Neustadtverhältnisse relativ ruhig ist. Straßenbahnlinie 13 und ein Netto sind gleich um die Ecke und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kneipen und Restaurants sowie der Alaunpark sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Du hast einen entspannten Mitbewohner namens Konsti der gerne für ein gemeinsames Essen oder anderweitige Aktivitäten zu haben ist.
