Wegen einem längeren Auslandsaufenthalt, wird das Zimmer in der Königsbrücker Straße unbefristet frei. Es befindet sich nach hinten zum Hof.
Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert mit: Schrank, IKEA Expedit Regal, ein kleineres Regal, Spiegel, 2 kleinen Schränken und das überaus bequeme und große Hochbett. Das gibts alles zusammen für 250€.
Zur Lage muss ich wahrscheinlich nicht viel sagen: Ideale ÖPNV Anbindung durch die Haltestelle Bischofsweg(2min.), Bahnhof Neustadt(10min), REWE einen Eingang weiter, Subway direkt im Haus und natürlich das Szeneviertel Dresden Neustadt gleich um die Ecke.
Zu den Mitbewohnern:
- Micha ist 25 und Student
- Aileen ist 22 und Azubi
- Lilly ist 5 und Katze
Du solltest also keine Angst vor großen Tieren haben;) Aber Lilly ist eh die meiste Zeit bei Aileen im Zimmer.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen auch gern mal zusammen und die ein oder andere WG-Feier ist auch drin.
