Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß. Alle Waende werden weiß gestrichen übergeben und es wurde letztes Jahr neues laminat verlegt. in den Nebenkosten slnd Strom, Telefon, internet und der TV anschluss mit enhalten.
Dle Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Neustadt (ca. 10 min Laufweg). du kannst mit der SBahn 3 oder 13 fahren, beide liegen nah an der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige. Direkt nebenan gibts einen Lidl und einen Getränkeladen.am Bahnhof noch mehr Geschäfte.
ich suche einen augeschlossenen Mitbewohner. Du kannst gern deine Haustiere mit bringen aber Katzen sind schlecht!!! denn lch habe eine Allergie. Hunde sind lmmer willk0mmen :)
