Hey accomodation seeking people :)
I am offering a room for any Fun, Chill, Sports, Party, Hangover-Breakfast, Talking-about-live-and-relationships, Philosophizing, and Politics person. The room is in an apartement in middle of Dresden Neustadt - but in the "Hinterhaus" so that you dont have to deal with drunk folks singing under your window. ;) The apartement has a kitchen (no dishwasher - what a bummer, but a real espresso machine and coffee grinder <3 ), a bathroom with window, a small corridor, and 2 rooms (I am living in one of these). For the laundry we can use the attic.
Your room has furniture, which we can also change if you dont like: a sleeping couch, wardrobe, table, blankets and some other stuff.
For bicycles (highly recommended in Dresden) there is space in the yard. The price includes everything, base rent, heating, water, electricity, telephone, internet, and "Rundfunkbeitrag".
The room is located perfectly in Dresden Neustadt close to bars, supermarkets, Albertplatz (Tram, 5 minutes) and Bahnhof Neustadt (trains, 10-15 Minutes). Window faces east.
I am currently writing on my phd thesis, so expect me to never be fully awake during the week. Besides this, I like to go jogging, climbing, bouldering, swimming
I like to talk about politics while sitting on the balcony, watch movies together (i have a projector), cooking together, or play board games with friends (and you if you like). Sometimes I am all in for going out for the full night, but sometime i really just dont want to do anything. ;) Also I am sometimes off at my girlfriend place (and vice versa), so that you have the apartement for yourself.
My previous two flatmates were from Paris and Istanbul and I think it is lots of fun to live with international people. If you need the room not for a year, but say only a few months or half a year, then this should not be a problem (if we get along well with each other). If you are interested or have any questions dont hesitate call or text. I am looking forward to hearing from you :)
