Mein Zimmer liegt im 1. OG eines teilsanierten Hauses in der Martin Luther Straße 1. Es ist mit Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank und Bett eingerichtet. Die Möbel werden natürlich leer geräumt damit du deine Sachen verstauen kannst. Das Zimmer hat ein groß Fenster und ist hell.
Da unsere Gemeinschaftsräume im 1. OG sind, ist es hier am Stockwerk sehr ruhig, man hört aber die Straße. Das Stockwerk und somit auch zwei Badezimmer teilst du dir mit anderen BewohnernInnen, als Gemeinschaftsräume gibt es eine große Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Außerdem haben wir noch zwei Gästezimmer für unsere Besucher.
My name is Marysia and I'd love to rent my cosy room to a nice and social person. I'm going to travel in September. What is special about the room and a flat itself are the people of course. Living with 16 other people is a great start to catch all the Dresden stories and surround yourself with endless amount of contacts and nice moments.
My room is rather minimalistic, bed, wardrobe, desk, some shelfs and stereo included and some wall art. You can also use our common area where you can find dosen of couches, blackets and cosy chairs. Well, and a balcony garden...
Lage:
Unser Haus liegt an der Ecke Bautzner-/Martin-Luther-Straße in der Dresdner Neustadt und hat gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und an sämtliche Läden, Bars und Cafés. Zur Elbe geht man außerdem nur 5 Minuten.
Perfect Neustadt location, while everything is close enough, variety of shops and bars. It is very close to the river side.
WG-Leben:
Wir, der Kukulida e.V. in der Dresdner Neustadt, sind ein Kunst- und Kulturverein und zugleich ein selbstorganisiertes Hausprojekt. Wir bewohnen ein ganzes Haus inklusive Keller und Dachboden und Veranstaltungsräumen. Mehr über uns und unsere Projekte gibt es unter www.kukulida.de
