Aufgrund einem sich mir bietenden, sehr günstige Angebot werde ich Anfang März aus meiner 2er-WG ausziehen.
Ich habe die WG vor 2 Jahren mit einem guten Freund zusammen gegründet. Beim Einzug haben wir die Wohnung ein wenig renoviert. Das Zimmer hat 1 großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Neustadt (verkehrsabgewandte Seite). Die Wohnung ist insgesammt 70qm groß (großes Wohnzimmer).
Die Wohnug liegt im Herzen der Neustadt aber in einer etwas ruhigere Ecke, soadass man bei Bedarf auch seinen Rückzugsort hat. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal (1 Min. Fußweg zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle, 5 Min. bis zum Albertplatz, 10 Min. bis Bahnhof Neustadt). Auch ein rewe ist gleich um die Ecke. Sparkasse ist nur 2 Min. entfernt. Was will man mehr?
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist ein sehr entspannter und geselliger Ire, der perfekt deutsch spricht und an der HTW studiert. Am besten einfach selber kennenlernen!
Die Wohnung ist sehr pflegeleicht, die Nachbarn sind nett (auch in Sachen Lautstärke kein Problem) und im Sommer kann im Hof gegrillt werden. Er freut sich scho auf dich!
