Ich bleibe noch in Italien und suche mit meinen Mitbewohnern (Konrad(31) und Eszter) einen/eine Zwischenmieter/in für mein ruhiges gemütliches 20 m2 Zimmer in unserer gemischeten 3er WG in der Rudolfstrasse. Das Zimmer hat eine Couch ein Doppelbett und einen grossen Schreibtisch. Konrad und Eszter haben beide das Studium hinter sich gebracht jedoch nicht aus ihrem Leben oder der WG verbannt. Sie sind weltoffen und sportlich aktiv.
Die WG ist ausgestattet mit einer kompletten Kueche inkl. Geschirrspuehler, Ofen, Wok, Sitzreihe und Gewuerzsammlung. Es gibt ein Bad, ein eigener Keller ist auf ebener Erde vorhanden und im Waschkeller steht eine Waschmaschine. Ein kleiner Balkon haengt an der Kueche Richtung Hinterhof auf dem gegrillt und geraucht werden kann.

I stay in Italy and i am looking with my flatmates Konrad(31) and Eszter for a temporary flatmate for my cosy 20 m2 room in our mixed flat in the Rudolfstrasse. The room has a Couch, a Kingsize bed and a large desk. Konrad and Eszter both finished their studies but preserved a student life style. They are open minded and sporty.
The flat is equipped with a functional kitchen incl. dish washer, oven, wok, and a spice collection. A bathroom is present. Also a celler and a laundry celler with a washing mashine. A small balcony is attached to the kitchen with a BBQ and the possibility to smoke.
