Du könntest sofort einziehen.
Das 17,5 m² große Zimmer (unmöbliert, auf Wunsch mit Matratze) ist picobello sauber.
Das Zimmer muss nicht zwangsläufig für die gesamte Dauer übernommen werden. Über Tagesmieten lässt sich auch reden!

Ein Netto-Markt und ein Bäcker sind gleich um die Ecke und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in nur drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mein beiden Mitbewohner sind für einen gemeinsamen Kochabend immer gern zu haben. Ein Dreh-und Agelpunkt des geselligen Zusammenwohnens ist die gemütliche Wohnküche.
