Ich bin eine erasmus Studentin aus Spanien, und leider, mein Erasmus werde kurz fertig sein sooo wir suchen jetzt ein neue Mitbewohnerin! =)
Mein Zimmer hat ca. 11 m². Es passt alles rein, was in ein WG- Zimmer passen sollte;) Durch seine Größe ist es sehr charmant und gemütlich, das vor allem im Winter! Ansonsten steht dir natürlich der Rest der Wohnung (große Küche, geräumiger Flur, der Balkon, Bad, Toilette und bestimmt der ein oder andere Quadratmeter deiner neuen Mitbewohner)zusätzlich zur Verfügung.
Der Dammweg gehört zugegeben nicht zu den ruhigsten Straßen der Neustadt, aber liegt ansonsten optimal zwischen der "inneren" Neustadt und dem Hechtviertel.
Man braucht nur wenige Minuten zur Haltestelle Louisenstraße, sowie auch zum Bahnhof Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es wie Sand am Meer... BioCompany, Rewe, Netto um nur ein paar von ihnen zu nennen. Von Clubs und Bars will ich jetzt gar nicht anfangen... You have everything you need just around the corner!
Die WG existiert schon recht lange, daher ist alles da, was man so zum leben braucht.
You will live with three german guys, they have treated me soooo well and they will do the same to you, sicherlich! =)
The rent is 177 euro, then you will have to pay 23 euros for electricity and internet every month (total 200 euros) aaaaand, if you want the furniture that I have it will be 150 euros more (bed, two small wardrobes, mirror, lamps...)and the matress is for free! There is also a deposit of 260 euros.
