Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
Ich möchte mein Zimmer für den Monat September untervermieten, da ich bereits ausgezogen bin und die neuen Nachmieter erst ab Oktober einziehen.
Das Zimmer ist komplett unmöbliert (!unfurnished living room!...just the kitchen is with furniture like on the picture)
Wer also einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Dresden macht oder noch auf Wohnungssuche ist, noch nichts gefunden hat und in Ruhe suchen möchte, kann sich gern bei mir melden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Dresdner Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffis sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem bietet die Neustadt ein buntes Programm an Bars, Park, Kino und anderen Lokalitäten.
Mein Mitbewohner wird ebenfalls im Oktober ausziehen. Er ist nett und unkompliziert...da dürfte es also keine Probleme geben.
Die Küche ist noch komplett möbliert, inklusive Geschirr und Waschmaschine.
Also meldet euch einfach bei mir.
