Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Eschenstr. im Herzen der Neustadt. Die Straßenbahn 7, 8 und 13 fahren fast vor der Haustür ab. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig in max. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Kino, internationale Restaurants aller Art und Kneipen für jeden Geschmack befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man auch am Wochenende vom Trubel in der Neustadt kaum etwas mitbekommt (sofern man das nicht will). Wer die Neustadt mag, wird diese Wohnung und die Lage lieben!

Ich bin wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der TU Dresden und wohne aber nur 2 Tage die Woche in dem kleinen Zimmer. Meine Hobbies sind neben Rechentechnik auch Snowboarden, Kendo und Reisen. Wir haben im Haus ein gutes Ambiente und ich bin immer bemüht ein Gemeinschaftsgefühl zu wecken. Auf dem Balkon kann auch gegrillt. Gemeinsames Abendbrot ist sehr erwünscht.

Mitbewohner 2 ist Filmemacher und Mitbewohner 3 ist Programmierer im Homeoffice.

Das Zimmer kann ab 1.9. bezogen werden. Vermietet wird für vorerst 1 Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung. Auf Wunsch werden die Zimmer auch möbliert vermietet. Internet (Kabel, zurzeit 1000 Mbit/s Download und 50 Mbit/s Upload) und Fernsehen sind in den Nebenkosten mit inbegriffen. Fahrräder können im Hof/Keller sicher abgestellt werden. Ein Einkommensnachweis/Mietnachweis muss erbracht werden. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
 
Almost in a job and still no desire to live alone?

I am 31m and looking for roommates in my apartment. The apartment is bright and spacious and completely renovated. It consists of five rooms, with two bathrooms (each with a bathtub + WC) and has two balconies. Room 1 (ca. 18 m^2) is going to be rent out. To this belongs a fully furnished kitchen with dining area and a big living room. Each room has an internet and TV connection. Walk-in closet in every room, multiple storage facilities and a large cellar is also included. A renting of a furnished room is possible as well.

Area:
The apartment is located on Eschenstraße, in the heart of Neustadt. Tram lines 7, 8 and 13 are in walking distance almost next to the door. Shops for daily needs are reachable by foot within 3 minutes. A Cinema, international restaurants of all kinds and bars for every taste are in close vicinity. The windows are well isolated, so that you will barely notice anything from the hustle and bustle of the Neustadt (if not wanted). Who likes the Neustadt, will love the apartment and the area.

Flat Living:
I am a scientist at TU Dresden and I will hand in my thesis in April. My hobbies are computers, snowboarding and traveling. We have a good atmosphere in the house and I am always interested to improve the community feeling. We can have a barbecue on the balcony, which every now and then can be used for parties (not too long ;) ). Eating dinner together is much appreciated.

Roomate 2 is a movie maker and roomate 3 is a programmer in homeoffice.

Additional:
The room are available each from February 1st and March 1st. The lease is available for now for 1 year with the option for renewal. On request the rooms can be rented fully furnished. Internet (200 Mbit/s download and 50 Mbit/s upload) and TV are included in the incidentals. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard or cellar. A proof of income or a rental evidence needs to be provided. The deposit is one month rent.
