Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet (Hochbett, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, kl. Couch, Bücherregal, Kleiderregal) und es würde auch alles drin bleiben. Das Fenster ist mit Blick auf die Alaunstraße. Ich habe recht viele Pflanzen im Zimmer, die freuen sich riesig über Wasser. Zur Not könnte ich diese evtl. aber auch bei Freunden unterbringen.
Die Wohnung liegt in dem äußerst studentischen Viertel Neustadt direkt zwischen Bars und Alaunpark. Die Dresdner Heide ist max. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Netto ist etwa 400 m weit weg. Sonst sind auch Rewe und Konsum in der Nähe. Die Straßenbahn Nr. 13 ist nur 2 min Fußweg entfernt und sonst erreicht man die Nr. 7 und 8 auch innerhalb von 5 min. Die Uni ist also auch gut erreichbar. Geldautomaten, Post, usw. alles in der Nähe.
Die weiteren Mitbewohner sind Luise (Germanistik & Anglistik) und Johannes (Informatik). In der Woche meistens in der Uni unterwegs und am Wochenende in der Neustadt. Insgesamt geht es recht entspannt zu in unserer WG, manchmal wird zusammen gesessen und gegessen oder gequatscht aber manchmal bleibt auch einfach jeder in seinem Zimmer.
