Das Zimmer ist 20 Quadratmeter groß, hat zwei große Fensterfronten und schöne hohe Decken. Die Fenster sind mit Rollos ausgestattet.
Im Zimmer sind ein Bett, 3m breiter Schreibtisch (super fürs Online Studieren in Corona Zeiten!!), mehrere Schränke, die von dir gern zu einer kleinen Ablösesumme übernommen werden können. Du kannst aber natürlich auch gerne deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was du brauchst und ein Bad mit Waschmaschine. Das Herzstück der WG ist unsere Küche, diese ist sehr gut erhalten, super zum Kochen und einfach total schön.
Im Hinterhof und Keller gibt es auch Fahrradstellplätze.

The room is 20 square meters, has two large window fronts and lofty ceilings. The windows are equipped with roller blinds.
The apartment has a total of three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with washing machine.
In the backyard and cellar there are also bicycle parking spaces.
Die Wohnung liegt wahnsinnig ruhig in der Leipziger Vorstadt. Trotzdem ist man in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß mitten in der Neustadt und sitzt entweder bei nem Bier in einer der Kneipen oder liegt im Alaunpark. Auch an der Elbe ist man in 10 Minuten.
Um die Ecke fährt die Tramlinie 3 direkt zur Uni. Der Neustädter Bahnhof ist auch nur max. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und von da aus gehts in alle Himmelsrichtungen, auch Fernzüge nach Frankfurt oder Prag halten dort.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich viele, vom Lidl direkt um die Ecke über Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann und Edeka ist alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Selbst am Sonntag Abend kannst du im Neustädter Bahnhof normal einkaufen gehen. Nicht zu vergessen der Bio-Späti, direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment is extremely quiet in the Leipzig Vorstadt. Nevertheless, it's only a 5-10 minutes' walk to the middle of the new town and is only an arm's reach away from a beer in one of the pubs or Alaun park. Also, Elbe is just 5 to 10 min. of walk.
Around the corner, the tram line 3 goes directly to the university. The Neustädter station is also only max. 10 minutes on foot and from there you go in all directions.
There are many shopping possibilities, from Lidl via Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann and Edeka everything is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Not to forget the Bio Späti, just around the corner.
Paul (25) studiert Lehramt und Nele (20) Soziale Arbeit als Duales Studium. Nele zieht erst Mitte Juni bei uns ein, das WG Leben konnte sich also leider noch nicht einpendeln. Beide sind aber kontaktfreudig und sehr lieb.
Paul heiratet bald und verlässt schweren Herzens unsere schöne WG im September, um mit seiner zukünftigen Frau zusammenzuziehen. Vielleicht klingt das erst einmal doof, aber so kannst du für September gleich mitbestimmen, wer einzieht und damit quasi, wie das WG Leben gestaltet wird. Vielleicht hast du eine Freundin oder einen Freund, der mit dir hier einziehen will, das wäre doch schonmal super praktisch :).
Ansonsten haben wir als WG bei Gelegenheit gerne mal gekocht oder am Abend an der Elbe gepicknickt.

Paul (25) is studying to become a teacher, Nele (20) is studying social work. Nele will be moving in on june 15.
Paul is going to move out at the end of september to move in with his girlfriend, which means that Nele and you will be able to choose someone completely new. Maybe you have a friend who would want to move in. :)
Ansonsten wäre noch wichtig zu sagen, dass es in unserer WG so gehandhabt wird, dass immer die zwei, die in den beiden 20m^2 Zimmer wohnen, zusammen Hauptmieter werden. Heißt, dass ihr jeweils 50/50 für die WG verantwortlich seid.

Another important point is, that the two people that live in the biggest rooms are the main tenants together. That would be you and the person who will be moving in in September. Both of you would be responsibile for the flat, each for 50%.
