Hi!
I am leaving at the end of May and my flatmates Aravind and Komal will have the opportunity to share the flat with you for 1 month! The offer is a big, furnished 19 m² bedroom with laminate flooring and big window towards northeast.
The furniture includes a wardrobe, a sofa, and mattress. I will give you them, but you will be responsible for taking them out till July 1st.
The central Königsbrücker Strasse is less than 100 m away. Close-by (5-10 min. walk) are Netto, Rewe, Simmel, Konsum among other supermarkets. The same applies for the stops Bischofsweg (trams 13, 7 and 8), Louisenstrasse (trams 7 and 8) and Albertplatz (many trams). The Alaunpark and the Schauburg are also reachable under 5-10 min. on foot. Finally, it is Neustadt, so there are many shops, pubs, etc. at walking distance!
Aravind and Komal are staying in the flat. They are adorable! They are currently doing the master's and are capable of cooking the most delicious Indian specialties. In principle, they are happy to have someone friendly and easy-going to share the apartment, with whom they can chat some evenings in the kitchen. Nevertheless, they would be glad to spend more time together with you if common interests appear (like watching movies or cooking).
Aravind and Komal are fluent in English and they have some command of German. They are expecting you to have at least some command of English too =)
The whole flat is very spacious: 73 m². It includes a big kitchen/living room (check out the photos!).
The miscellaneous costs include Internet, energy, and Rundfunk ARD, ZDF, DRadio (calculated for 1 person moving in). The final rent includes everything, nothing else will be charged.
