Hallo!
Da ich Dresden für ein Auslandspraktikum für ein halbes Jahr verlassen muss, wird ab Anfang März für halbes Jahr ein großes, helles Süd-Zimmer in einer geselligen und angenehmen WG frei. Ein Hochbett ist vorhanden, ebenso Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sessel, Sofa und Regale. Bei Bedarf können die Sachen auch an einen anderen Ort verbannt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Neustadt, zu den Linien 7,8 sind es keine 2 Minuten. Der Plus ist um die Ecke und zum Albertplatz sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wer also etwas zur Zwischenmiete sucht, ist bei uns herzlich willkommen.
Über Ein- und Auszugsdatum lässt sich natürlich reden.
