Hi! My name is Cait and my partner and I are renting out our room in a shared flat when we go on holiday in the Balkan region for 2 weeks from September 2-17. The room is cozy and has a bed big enough for 2 people, a comfy sofa which can also become a bed, a desk, a side table, and a wardrobe. You can use all of these things, except the wardrobe (der schrank)--our clothes are inside of it and there is no more space.
On Rudolf-Leonard Straße you will find lots of cool stuff! If you are a foodie like us, then you will be happy to know that there are a LOT of good restaurants near here! On this street you can find many cafes also and even some places with live music, and of course bars. There is a nice park next to the house. And Hechtpark is a 5-minute walk, and Alaunpark is a 10-minute walk.
Bus 64 stops right outside our house, and you can reach trams 7 and 8 on foot in 6 minutes. Tram 13 is about a 7-minute walk away.
We are in Hechtviertel, which is a quieter part of Neustadt. There are a lot of young students, families, and hippy/alternative type people living here. There is a friendly feeling.
Your housemates are:
-Felix: 30-year-old German guy. He is friendly, good-natured, agreeable, and hard-working. You might not see him a lot because he works a lot. When you see him, he is very nice and sociable.
-Possibly an air bnb guest who will stay in the guest bedroom (if someone reserves the room during that time.)
The price is €200 for the whole stay (September 2-17).
If you are a couple, we would charge a little bit more money for the room, but you can stay here. If you don't want to stay for the whole 2 weeks, that might be ok. We hope to find someone who can stay for at least 1 week. If you don't stay for the whole time, the price per night would be a little bit increased, depending on how long you stay.
