ich biete eine wunderschönes Zimmer in einer 3er Wg in der Neustadt , zur Untermiete vom 1.2.18-1.3.18 an. Da ich für einen Monat nach Südamerika gehen werde.
Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit bett sofa schreibtisch usw. Meine Mitbewohner sind super nette Jungs(robert und robert) mit denen man auch gern mal auf ein bier in der Küche versacken kann. Beide sind Berufstätig und von daher ist es keine Party Wg. Bis zum Bahnhof Neustadt sind es zu fuß 10min, bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn ca. 5min zu fuß. Parken im Viertel umsonst. gibt einen biospäti um die ecke und ein cafe restaurant.
Fahrrad kann im hinterhof sicher abgestellt werden...haben auch gästefahrräder zur verfügung. du kannst also auch gern mein fahrrad nutzen.
wenn du interesse hast melde dich bittte schnell, die lage ist sehr gefragt!
