Heres's a brief description in german and english:
Im Angebot ist ein Zimmer in bester Neustadtlage, da v.a. im Sommer der Weg zum Assieck oder in den Alaunpark lächerlich kurz ist. Im Winter und außerhalb einer Pandemie fällst du aus der Tür und kannst im Nordbad schwimmen gehen, wenn dir danach ist. Die Straßenbahn (13) hält auch direkt vor der Tür, sodass du selbst bei chronischer Verspätung nicht allzu viel Zeit verlieren wirst.
Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und liegt zur Westseite der Wohnung mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Durch die Lage und die zwei großen Fenster ist es immer angenehm hell. Die abgebildeten Möbel kannst gerne übernehmen, über Details können wir dann ja nochmal reden.
Es gibt eine kunterbunte und zusammengewürfelte Küche und wir haben gerade ein neues Bad bekommen, da es einen Wasserschaden im Haus gab.
Im besten Fall suchst du nach einer lang/längerfristigen Bleibe. Da sich die aktuelle WG über den Sommer auflöst, hast du in der WG viel Spielraum, um dich zu verwirklichen und deine dann neuen Mitbewohner:in/nen (hoffe das ist richtig gegendert :D ) kennenzulernen. Daher macht es nur Sinn zu erwähnen, dass du für einige Monate noch mit Andi zusammenwohnen wirst, bevor dieser ins Ausland zieht. Dazu vielleicht bei einem persönlichen/ virtuellen Kennenlernen mehr.
On offer is a room situated in a prime Neustadt location as the the Assieck and Alaunpark are ridiculously close, which is a nice add-on especially during the summer months. During winter and outside a global pandemic you can enjoy swimming a few laps at Nordbad if that floats your boat. Just outside the other door is a Tram station (route 13) so you won't lose too much time even if you're always late.
The room has a size of 14m² and is on the western side of the flat, facing the court yard. The position in the house and the big windows make it a very nice and bright one. If you want, you can purchase the furniture pictured, but we can talk about that later.
The kitchen is a varied bunch of individual pieces and we just got a new bathroom a few days ago because there was some water damage in the house earlier this year.
In the best case you're looking for a place to stay and call home long/er term. Over the next few months all current roomies will move out, so that you'll have a lot of room for change and self-realization (if you want) and get to know your new roomies. It makes sense to mention that you'll be living with Andi for a few months, before he leaves the flat to live abroad. We can tell you more on that matter when getting to know each other personally/virtually.
Wir waren jetzt für eine Weile eine recht internationale WG, sind deshalb offen für alle Nationalitäten. Andi z.B. ist gebürtig Brasilianer, spricht aber quasi Muttersprache-Deutsch.
Zurzeit raucht niemand in der WG. Wenn du rauchst kannst du das aber selbstverständlich in deinem Zimmer oder in der Küche machen. 420-friendly sind wir natürlich auch.
Einzugsdatum wäre um den 1.6. herum, da bin ich (Toni) aber leicht flexibel.

We've been quite an international WG for a while, so we are open for all nationalities. For instance, Andi was born in Brazil but is pretty much a native german speaker.
No one smokes in the flat at the moment. However, if you are a smoker you can certainly do that in the kitchen. Of course we are also 420-friendly.
Move-in date is 1st of June but I (Toni) am kinda flexible on that one, at least to a degree.
