Wir, Aileen und Felix suchen spontan noch eine coole Person für unsere WG!
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im spannendsten Viertel Dresdens, der Neustadt. Dort habt ihr viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten, super viel leckeres und günstiges Essen, ein Späti direkt neben der Tür und super Nahverkehrsanbindung. Parkplätze sind natürlich ne Katastrophe.
Die bleibenden MieterInnen schreiben grade an ihrer Masterarbeit aber nicht nur!
Das heißt aber auch, dass wir in den nächsten Monaten unter Umständen ausziehen werden!
Trotzdem freuen wir uns auf eine*n coole*n Mitbewohner*in, mit der man entspannt in den Sommer starten kann.
Bad bietet alles was man braucht, angenehme Küche, die alles bietet, was man auch für ausgefallenere Gerichte braucht. Der Balkon ist perfekt für entspannte Spätsommerabende und natürlich Raucher*innen und liegt nicht zur Straße hin sondern zu einem Hinterhof. Mit Kälte hat man im Winter in der Wohnung nicht zu kämpfen.
Zum Zimmer: ( 19 Quadratmeter) mit 310Euro Miete (flat)
Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße hin und kann deshalb im Sommer etwas lauter sein bei offenem Fenster.
Im Zimmer befindet sich nach Auszug unserer Mitbewohnerin 1 Schrank der kostenlos übernommen werden kann, falls er benötigt wird.

We, Aileen and Felix are looking spontaneously for a nice person for our shared flat!
The apartment is located in the middle of Dresden's most exciting quarter, the Neustadt. There you have a lot of possibilities to go out, a lot of delicious and cheap food, a late night right next to the door and a great public transport connection. Parking spaces are of course a disaster.
The remaining tenants are currently writing their master's thesis, but not only!
But that also means that we may move out in the next few months!
Nevertheless, we are looking forward to a cool roommate who you can start the summer with in a relaxed manner.
Bathroom offers everything you need, fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need for more unusual dishes. The balcony is perfect for relaxed late summer evenings and of course for smokers and is not located towards the street but towards a backyard. In winter, you don't have to struggle with the cold in your apartment.

The room is facing the street and can therefore be a bit louder in summer when the window is open.
In the room you will find 1 wardrobe which can be taken over free of charge, if it is needed.
