Du wirst in einem sehr hellen, großen (24qm2) Zimmer im vierten Stock einer Altbauwohnung wohnen. Wenn du hier arbeiten möchtest, kannst du dich gut an meinen zwei Schreibtischen ausbreiten, für eine spontane Dance-Party zwischendurch, steht dir mein Plattenspieler samt Plattensammlung zur Verfügung. Durch die beiden Fenster kommt viel Licht, was total schön ist - aber im
Sommer auch schnell heiß werden kann. Im Zimmer steht aber auch ein Ventilator, der hoffentlich auch diesem Problem Abhilfe schafft :))

You’re gonna live in a very light and big (24 square meters) room in an apartment on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building. If you’d like to work here, there are two desks you can use. If you’d like to have a spontaneous danceparty in between work sessions, you can use my record player. The two big windows in the room make the room beautifully flooded with light - but it can get quite hot in summer. Therefor I have a fan in my room that should help with that problem :))
Besser geht eigentlich kaum: Die Elbe ist zu Fuß circa 3 Minuten entfernt, das Nachtleben in der Neustadt etwa 10. Dadurch bist du zwar mittendrin, aber bekommst wenig vom Lärm in der Neustadt mit. Solltest du dieses wunderschöne Viertel doch mal verlassen wollen, fahren direkt vor der Haustür fahren 2 Straßenbahnlinien (Linie 6 und 13) ab. Wenn du um die Ecke gehst, fährt noch eine weitere Linie, die 11, und du stehst vor einem REWE.

Pretty much the best of the best: The Elbe is just three minutes by foot and you can get to the nightlife in Neustadt in 10 minutes. This way you’re near the party-„hotspots“ but won’t have to deal with all the noise. If you’d wanna leave beautiful Neustadt, there are two tram lines (line 6 and line 13) right in front of the house. If you cross the corner, there’ll be another tram stop, where you have access to line 11. You can find two big supermarkets on the same street.
Du wirst in einer Dreier WG zusammen mit Paul wohnen. Er ist 21, ein toller Koch, sehr warmherzig, lustig, kommunikativ und Politikwissenschaftsstudent. Der dritte Bewohner dieser Wohnung zieht leider im September aus, wer danach einzieht (sprich mit wem (außer Paul) du zusammen wohnen wirst) ist noch nicht klar.
Wir haben zwar kein Wohnzimmer, aber ein Sofa im Flur stehen, auf dem wir manchmal zusammen Filme schauen. Oder wir spielen in der Küche zusammen Karten oder kochen - du siehst also: wir unternehmen gern etwas miteinander. Natürlich hat aber trotzdem jede*r den Freiraum, die Tür hinter sich zuzumachen und sich Zeit für sich zu nehmen.
In unserer WG stehen wir solidarisch gegen jegliche Diskriminierung. Sexismus, Trans- und Homophobie und Rassismus werden nicht geduldet.

You’ll live in our three-room flat together with Paul. He’s 21, a great cook, very warm-hearted, funny, communicative and studies political science. The third person that’s living here at the moment will sadly leave our flat. Therefor it’s not entirely sure, who (apart from Paul) you’ll live with.
We don’t have a living room in our flat, but a couch in the hallway, where we sometimes sit and watch movies together. Or we’re sitting in the kitchen playing cards or cooking together. As you can tell: we like spending time together, but of course everybody can take time for themselves as well.
In our Flat we stand in solidarity against discrimination of all sorts. We do not endure sexism, trans- and homophobia or racism.
