Hallo liebe Studierende/Wohnungssuchende!
Wir suchen einen neuen, netten Mieter(in) für unsere WG-Zimmer in Birkwitz. Wir sind eine lustige 4er-Wg und studieren alle im 6. Semester Agrarwirtschaft an der HTW in Dresden - Pillnitz. Die Wohnung ist nur 3km (mit dem Fahrrad 10 min, Richtung Pirna) von Pillnitz entfernt. Außerdem besteht eine günstige Anbindung zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Heidenau Süd (mit Elbfähre Heidenau/Birkwitz).
Das Zimmer ist 15qm und groß und nicht möbliert. Die Miete beläuft sich komplett auf ca. 195€.
Unsere helle Wohnung hat folgendes zu bieten:
-Badewanne, Laminatfußboden, große Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine
-DSL (Internet/Festnetz-Flatrate), digitales TV
-Sonstiges: Zentralheizung, Keller, Fahrradschuppen, Garten Mitbenutzung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Grillmöglichkeit an der Elbe, Badesee Birkwitz um die Ecke
Natürlich könnt ihr euch die Wohnung jederzeit anschauen.
