Die Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 9 sind genau vor der Haustür.
Zu dem BHF Neustadt läuft man ca. 10 Minuten.
Ein Netto Markt ist auch nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Desweiteren ist der Elbradweg in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Parken ist kein problem.
Das Zimmer selbst ist durch süd-west-lage schön hell und man hat einen guten Ausblick.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
