Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
wir vermieten ab sofort unser freies WG-Zimmer in DD-Pieschen.
In der WG ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Nette Mittbewohner, eine ausgestattete Küche mit kleinem Balkon, ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, eine separate Toilette und eine Internetflat.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super, man kommt mit der S-Bahn (3min Fußweg) schnell überall in Dresden hin. Geschäfte gibt es in der Nähe sehr viele, u.a. Rewe, Konsum, Aldi und auch Bäcker und Metzger. Auch ein Ärztehaus ist direkt nebenan. Die Elbwiesen erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuß. Und für die Freunde guten Biers ist das Brauhaus Watzke nicht weit.
Falls ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch bei Marion, eurer neuen Mitbewohnerin und kommt auf ein Kennenlernen vorbei.
