Ab 1.12 bis zum 29.2 möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer in der Großenhainerstraße zwischenvermieten.
Es liegt sehr günstig gleich bei der Bahnhaltestelle Liststraße (Linie 3&13; beides Nachtbahnen), das heißt du bist super schnell in der Neustadt, aber auch mit direktem Anschluss an die TU.
Ich selbst fahre jeden Tag zum Uniklinikum und das geht auch in einer halben Stunde.
Die zwei Jungs mit denen ich wohne sind beide sehr nett und insgesamt läuft es hier in der WG sehr entspannt und unkompliziert ab. Gerne wird mal gekocht oder miteinander gequatscht.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell, hat eine gemütliche Sitzecke, einen großen Schreibtisch und ein Hochbett. Eingerichtet ist es mit größtenteils selbstrestaurierten Holzmöbeln.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat sogar eine Spülmaschine, so dass es hier nie Ärger mit dem Abwasch gibt :)
Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden: Festnetz, WiFI, Waschmaschine.
