da ich auf eine längere Asienreise gehe, würde ich gern mein Zimmer untervermieten. Es ist hell und voll möbiliert. Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm groß, mit einem großen Bad, einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, großen Flur, dem Zimmer von meinem Mitbewohner und einem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist schon voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc.. Alles was das Herz begehrt ;-)
In den 248 Euro/Monat wäre dann schon alles drin, von Internet bis Strom.

Hey, I'm going to Asia and would like to sublease my room for this time. It is a bright room and fully furnished. The appartment is ca. 70 m² big and includes a large bathroom, a cosy kitchen, the room of my room-mate (with who you would be living with, a big hall and a large balcony. And of course my room. The flat is fully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, dryer etc. All the heart desires ;-)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Pieschen. Pieschen ist 10 Minuten von der Autobahn und 10 Minuten von der Neustadt entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
The appartment is located in Dresden-Pieschen. Pieschen is 10 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Neustadt (Newtown). The appartment itself lies in a calm street. Tram stations are just around the corner and train and bus stations are like 5 minutes walking distance.
Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner zusammen wohnen, der Mitte März aus der Antarktis wiederkommt. Er ist super angenehmer Typ und studiert Geodäsie. Mit ihm kann man auch mal abends gemütlich ein Bierchen trinken und quatschen, aber seine Ruhe kann man bei uns auf jedenfall auch haben.
You would live with my room-mate. He comes back from antarctica in the middle of March. Before that you would have the appartment to yourself. He's a really nice guy and you can talk to him very easily (often over a beer).
