das Zimmer ist wie gesagt 14m² groß, hat zwei Fenster und liegt im ruhigen Plauen. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche aber dafür ein großen Bad.
Sie ist sehr Uninah (10 min zu Fuß oder eine Haltestelle mi der Bahn) und bietet sonst auch gute Verkehersanbindung, da die Linie 3 einmal quer durch die Stadt fährt. (Hauptbahnhof, Pirnaischer Platz, Albertplatz). Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer 265,- € warm, wobei nochmal 10€ Euro für Internet und ca. 25€ für Strom draufgeht. Zum Wg-Leben gibts nich viel zu sagen, es ist eine Zweck-Wg, da mein Mitbewohner Jonas oft arbeitsmäßig unterwegs ist und auch plant demnächst auszuziehen, sodass die Möglichkeit besteht sich selbst jemanden ins Boot zu holen. Falls ihr irgendiwe Zeitdruck mit dem Einziehen habt, könnte ich auch früher raus. Den ganzen Vertragskram regelt ihr dann eigenständig mit dem Vermieter. Also falls ihr Interesse oder Fragen habt schreibt mir ne e-mailoder ne Naricht.
