Das gemütliche Zimmer ist eines von 7 Wohn/Schlafzimmern der WG. Es ist hell und das Fenster ist nach Nord/ Osten ausgerichtet. Alle Möbel, die man auf dem Bild sieht, können übernommen werden. Näheres dann einfach im Gespräch hier bei uns.
Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle der Buslinie 62 und wenige Meter weiter die Linie 63 und 85. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Dresdner Altstadt.
Von der TU Dresden ist die WG ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 10-15 Minuten mit dem Bus) entfernt.
Zusätzlich befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten entfernt der Bahnhof bzw. Haltepunkt Plauen, von welchem diverse Regio-Züge der Deutschen Bahn fahren.
Lidl und Netto sind in 2 bzw. 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem befinden sich Bäcker, Fleischer, Obst- und Gemüsehändler, sowie ein Döner und Eisladen direkt vor der Haustür. Auch Ärzte sind sehr nah.
In der WG leben 6 wundervolle Menschen. Maria kommt aus München und macht aktuell ihren Master in Geodäsie an der TU. Oscar kommt aus Mexiko, hat Deutsch gelernt und fängt jetzt an Psychologie zu studieren. Klajdi kommt aus Albanien und studiert Maschinenbau, Laura ist aus Berlin und studiert Soziologie und wird uns für ein Jahr verlassen-um ihr Zimmer geht es. Jojo und Pia sind frisch aus Berlin bei uns und dann gibt es noch eine Fellnase, Hunde sollten also kein Problem für dich sein. Ansonsten wird sich noch ein Zimmer von 3 unserer ehemaligen Mitbewohner geteilt, die gelegentlich noch in Dresden sein werden.
Die WG-Mitbewohner pflegen ein recht familäres Zusammenleben und bilden keine reine Zweckgemeinschaft. Es wird gemeinsam eingekauft und gefeiert.
Wir haben vor kurzem einen Putzplan eingeführt und möchten diesen auch beibehalten.
Wir gucken nicht auf jeden Cent und teilen miteinander. Es gibt 2 Kühlschränke. Einen Privatkühlschrank und einen für die Gemeinschaft, wo sich jeder nehmen kann, was er möchte.

We are searching for a new roommate (for permanent rent).
The WG consists of seven people (right now there are of course only six of us). We are all studying and our age varies from 21 to 27. Despite our studies, we of course like to go out and have fun. Sometimes we take walks together, watch movies or cook meals.
In the flat you have Wi-Fi, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen (with one private and one shared refrigerator and a washing machine) and living room, and, obviously, your own private space. The furniture in your room can be kept. Of course you are free to create your own private atmosphere and furnish the way you want. The windows opens to the street, but its absolutly ok .
You can reach the city centre by bus in about 5 to 8 minutes. Also, there is a tram and a city train station not far away from here. The Neustadt can be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. Altogether, we have really good transport connections.
All in all, you can find nearly anything you need in your daily life nearby. There are: a post office, a hairdresser, super-markets (also organic super-markets), restaurants, a pharmacy, a fitness centre, a bakery, a butcher, etc.
Our flat is surrounded by a lot of parks etc. There are a lot of possibilities to hike and take a nice walk. You can encounter pretty areas, like the stream Weißeritz and the Coschützer Grund.
If you have a car, it can be parked in nearby streets. There is no problem to find a parking lot as there are a lot of little streets with plenty of space.
