ich biete in der Radeberger Vorstadt ein möbliertes 20m2 großes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich im oben genannten Zeitraum ein Praktikum mache.
Die vorhandene Zimmereinrichtung ist auf dem Foto zu erkennen und soll nach Möglichkeit nicht ausgeräumt werden.Das Zimmer liegt mit Balkon zum Hinterhof hinaus und ist deshalb sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Waldschlösschenstraße in der Radeberger Vorstadt, nähe Neustadt. Man braucht 2 min zur Frida (Einkaufsmöglichkeit)wo auch gleich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist. Man fährt dann mit der Linie 11 ca. 10 min bis zum Bahnhof Neustadt und 25 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Elbe ist auch zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen.
