Hello! There is currently a lovely room available in a charming apartment that is sure to pique your interest.
The room is bright and cozy, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is partially furnished with a comfortable bed, a desk and a chair to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is also a shelf that you can use for additional things or as a bookshelf.
The apartment itself is well maintained and offers a relaxed and friendly environment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave.
As far as location is concerned, our apartment is ideally located. It is just 100 meters from the Wasaplatz tram stop and one bus stop from the Strehlen S-Bahn station. You will find convenient public transport within walking distance, allowing you to easily reach the university (bus 61, bus 85) and the city center (bus 9). Nearby there is a dm and the Fridamarkt (consumer) as well as the Pfennigpfeiffer. The Netto supermarket is a bus stop away and Kaufland is about 6 minutes away by tram. There is an Indian restaurant nearby as well as a good hair salon.
Our roommates value privacy and independent living. They respect personal space and value a calm atmosphere. Although we have a friendly and warm environment, we understand the importance of giving everyone the freedom to pursue their own interests.
