wir suchen ab dem 01.01.2012 eine/n neuen Mitbewohner für unser ca 27qm großes Zimmer, welches mit herrlichem Deckenstuck und Holzdielen zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (150 qm) und verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit Balkon, einen großen Flur mit gemütlichem Sofa und Sesseln sowie ein Bad und eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette.
Vor der Tür fahren Bahn & Bus in 15 min. in die Alt- und Neustadt, mit Fahrrad oder Bus ist man in 10 min. an der Uni. Gegenüber gibt es Supermarkt und Bäcker, wenige Minuten entfernt am Wasaplatz noch Drogerie, Apotheke und weitere Geschäfte. Außerdem ist der Große Garten nicht weit entfernt.
Wir anderen WG-ler sind sehr umgänglich, kochen und essen bei Gelegenheit gern zusammen und gehen auch gern mal gemeinsam weg.
